Fluffy's coming home.

I didn't expect much at all today, I'll admit. I thought it was just going to be another day, visiting Fluffy at the quarantine.
But then we all saw how upset he was, and my parents made calls. Turns out, according to another vet, it is possible to get him, but with files and send them to Putrajaya and back. Anyone who knows how much Fluffy means to us would know that we would do it.
So after all of that, Fluffy is now in the car with us, on the way home.
Alhamdulillah, He'a alright, and we have him back. I am so happy right now.

Early summer days

The moment; and I do mean moment- we landed in Malaysia, everything became so hectic and busy.
Starting from the moment Fluffy had to be quarantined, to going home from a jam. The city was just so alive and busy, even at 10:30pm.
I missed this so, so much. Doha was a really small but busy town, but here it's just a hectic large town! And seeing my aunt and uncle's house made me so happy.

Anyway, the hotel that we stayed in was pretty nice. Ramada in Doha.

It was a long flight. Mostly worried about Fluffy, who was in cargo and evrything. I have neve pt a pet in a plane before, so this was sort of (completely) driving me insane with worry. There were quite a lot of bumps,  just suddenly.
But of course, mini TV's, pillows and chocolate and special bags with hand creams and such did make my trip a lot smoother.

And then this was my last sight of Doha; from the plane. Aww, the desert. It's going to be a familiar place I'm going to miss.

Tattoos

Tonight was quite a nice little night. Spent the afternoon at the clubhouse with Anis, and pretended to be, apparently, Lil Wayne. (HA HA)

We helped each other with henna 'tattoos', hahaha, excuse the lameness. This is actually the closest I will ever get to a tat (thankfully).

But we had fun. Especially when I messed up one of them, by (somehow) forgetting it was there, and standing up and walking around. I had done one on my ankle, and of course, my trousers stuck to it and smudged it out completely.

I ended up starting again, and having several other logos and such.
We also did our nails (very messily, I would note), and got matching hearts on our right wrists. I was hoping they would last at least through summer.

Other than that, spent the rest of the day watching old TV shows and packing stuff up. I have not had enough time being outside. Only having a car has difficulties, i.e. lacking the ability to actually leave the compound.
Going to miss this desert, despite everything.

These four walls.

More cleaning and packing, studying and procrastinating as the days go by. When will I get to go out again? I know by the 15th I can do whatever I want, but actually, four days is a long time if you're trapped in your own house.
Exams. What're you gonna do?

Boxes.

I've been casually busy these past couple of days...

Cardboard boxes in a house is a sad, sad sign that it's rapidly approaching to the moving day. Today was my turn.
My room, I mean. Mine is the only one in the house that isn't actually 'cleaned' yet. Now it is. Just stayed up to finish. It used to be so messy. *Sigh.
Now there isn't even enough stuff for it to be messy. Even the massive mountain of past papers are neatly packed into piles in the corner, ready to be put away in the said cardboard boxes.

I also did some photography to kill time and to distract me from my necessary duties (aka study).

My clustered desk and my equally messy blue shelf. I'm not taking that to Malaysia, so I shall be missing it a lot. I had written the lyrics of my favourite songs on the sticky notes, too.

This is the little bird that keeps pecking my window and scaring the living daylights out of me. It just does it suddenly, as well, when I'm deep in my thoughts.

I don't know why this would be relevant, but I dunno. I just felt like putting this in.

That is all for now, I guess.

Carpe Diem

I was cleaning out my room, and packing things up, when I found these home-made friendship bracelets. I sat down and started braiding them and attaching old charms onto them with Anis, who is a really talented bracelet braider.
Yes, this is what we did when we were supposed to be studying.
We had went to a craft shop near the Souq, and bought colourful strings and spent hours searching for braiding methods on video tutorials. I needed extra help even after seeing the video, but hey, I had fun.

I also found this sketch I did of my ballerina box and a key. I was supposed to use it for one of my pieces of work at school, but decided against it, since I had already done another piece and there was no space to stick it on the final sheet.
The edge, as you can see, has been torn off; courtesy of Fluffy, who will eat literally anything except what he is supposed to.

I also found a bunch of bobby pins. Good. I don't have to buy new ones. I keep having to buy them, like pens or something.
